The OCAP Head Start is accepting applications for enrollment for the 2011-2012 school year. If you or someone you know is interested in the Head Start Program, please bring the following items: - Birth Certificate
- Proof of Income
- Immunization (Blue Shot Record)
- Social Security Cards for all household members
- Physical or Medicaid Screening
- Child's Medicaid Number
Your child must be 3 years of age.
