Organized Community Action Program, Inc. is accepting sealed bids to replace the roof at the Elba Head Start Center located at 312 Collier Street, Elba, Alabama 36330. Work will include labor and materials to tear off old roof, replacing shingles (30 year architect), replace eave metal, install ridge vents, and clean and remove all debris. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. on Monday, July 15, 2010 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. All bidders are welcome to attend. Bids may be mailed to OCAP, Inc., P.O. Box 908, Troy, AL 36081 or dropped off at the central office receptionist desk at 507 North Three Notch Street, Troy, AL. All bids must be clearly marked "SEALED BID-ELBA ROOF" on your envelope along with your name and address in the left hand corner. OCAP is an EEO employer and follows federal regulations set forth in grants, along with all state & federal building codes. Interested bidders must have a current business license and current liability insurance.
